Our self storage facility is conveniently located at 1911 San Ramon Valley Boulevard. We are a local, ground-level storage facility designed for quick and convenient loading and unloading. When you arrive at our street-front sign, continue to drive up the hill, and you will find us!


Our on-site self storage office hours are:
- Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed


Tenants have secure access to their storage units 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week, including holidays. Flexible access hours make it easy to store or retrieve items on your schedule.


We prioritize security at our self storage by offering controlled gate access, on-site management, well-lit grounds, and active property monitoring. We work hard to maintain a safe, clean, and secure storage environment for our tenants with our after hours onsite manager monitoring the facility.


Choosing the right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store:
  • 5x5 storage unit: Boxes, seasonal items, documents, or small furniture
  • 10x10 or 10x15 storage unit: Contents of a one-bedroom apartment or multiple rooms
  • 10x20 or 10x30 storage unit: Large furniture, appliances, vehicles, or business inventory

Yes, a signed storage rental agreement is required. All storage leases are month-to-month, giving you flexibility without long-term commitments. Discounts may be available for prepaid rent (restrictions apply).


Storage rent is due on the first day of each month. Late fees and penalties are assessed in accordance with the California Self Storage Facilities Act and applicable lien laws.


Yes. We offer both indoor hallway storage units and drive-up storage units. All units are located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs or elevators—making move-in and access fast and easy.

Non-payment may result in late fees, restricted access, and eventual loss of stored items through the lien process. Self storage laws differ from residential rental laws, so it’s important to understand your responsibilities. Online bill pay is strongly recommended to avoid missed payments.


Yes. We sell storage locks, moving boxes, and a variety of packing supplies on site for your convenience.


Yes. We can refer customers to professional movers through a trusted moving assistance service, and we also offer truck rentals for customers who prefer a do-it-yourself move.
